PROFESSIONAL LICENSE

Pricing and Terms 

• The TalkingJava SDK is FREE for NON-COMMERCIAL use only.
  
• A Professional License is REQUIRED for companies, corporations and institutions using the implementation (even in exploratory phases of product development) or distributing the runtime libraries as part of a product.
• The price is $500 for a single-developer license, which covers:
• Installation for the purposes of development - one license must be purchased for each developer working with the implementation.
• Redistribution of up to 1000 copies of the runtime libraries bundled with any product.
• Installation on 1 server (eg. web-servers or machines handling network requests) when used to process speech as part of a server-side application.
• If unlimited distribution is required then FOUR professional licences must be purchased.
• If used by an academic institution as part of a teaching course then one license should be purchased by each department. One license will cover all courses taught by that department.
