Jigloo GUI Builder (for Eclipse IDE and Websphere Studio).  Enables GUIs (Graphical User Interfaces) to be built and maintained quickly and easily using both Swing and SWT component packages. Jigloo is free for non-commercial use. It reverse-engineers, creates and manages code for all the parts of the GUI as well as code to handle events, and shows you the GUIs as they are being built, allowing you to experiment with the more complex properties of components and layouts. Jigloo is straightforward, powerful and easy to use and can lead to a very large time-saving (over hand-coding) for GUI development and maintainance tasks. Also, because Jigloo is integrated with the Eclipse IDE the invaluable code-management features of Eclipse are immediately available to further modify the generated code.

MemoryManager plugin for Eclipse.
Cloudgarden's MemoryManager is a small plugin for the Eclipse Java IDE, which displays the current memory usage of Eclipse (letting you know when Eclipse is close to using up all it's memory allowance), and automatically invokes garbage collection when deemed necessary by a simple but effective algorithm, thus preventing or reducing times of forced inactivity while the Eclipse JVM cleans up it's virtual memory space.

TalkingJava SDK (with Java Speech API implementation) CloudGarden has produced a full implementation of Sun's Java Speech API for Windows platforms, allowing a large range of SAPI4 and SAPI5 compliant Text-To-Speech and Speech-Recognition engines (in many different languages) to be programmed using the standard Java Speech API. The JSAPI implementation is distributed as part of the TalkingJava SDK, which also includes many examples and documentation, and packages for redirection of audio data (allowing for example audio files to be read/written, audio data to be received/sent over a network, and connection with Sun's Java Media Framework)

AliceTalker AliceTalker is a Swing-based Java client application which enables the user to interact via spoken words and synthesized speech with an AliceBot or AnnaBot (or any similar bot with a HTTP interface) server running on the same or a remote machine. It uses Cloudgarden's implementation of  Sun's Java Speech API.

VoicePad VoicePad is a simple Java application for reading whole or selected parts of text files (using a SAPI4 or SAPI5 Text-To-Speech engine) and either sending the audio output to speakers or to a WAV or MPEG file.
