You aren't doing anything wrong - the appFramework-0.6.jar was missing this class.
The good news is that Jigloo 4.0.2 has just been released and it supports version 1.0 of the Swing App Frameworks (and has the SwingWorker class in appFramework-1.0.jar), so please upgrade Jigloo and let me know if you have any problems.
