bug in cloudgarden`s Central.createSynthesizer()?

i use

Central.createSynthesizer() with an engine description. (a locale and an engine name)

when i use the full engine name of f.e. viavoice (IBM ViaVoice Continuous Dictation, SAPI4, IBM). the functions does not get the synth engine. when using "IBM" as engine name, an engine is found.

can somebody help/explain this?
