I am developing a product (still in beta) that may use parts of JSAPI. With Prof.Lic., how does the registration for 1k licenses work? Does each separate user of my product still need to go online to register your library??? Tnx.

No - they don't need to do anything - it's up to you to count the number of copies sold - it's that old "honour" system.
