cgjsapi170_x64.dll not found in runtime

I am using TalkingJava in the Netbeans IDE (which was not recognised by the installer), I have manually copied the .jar file to the library but cannot find the bin folder to manually copy the .dll file. because of this my work throws exceptions on runtime

any help would be much appriciated :)
