mp3 format problem

I've a problem of mp3 format. The mp3 file created after the speech recognition doesn't incluce a tag header, thereby it can not be recognized by some players, i.e., some flash players. Can an interface be provided to add the tag header information into the created mp3 file? Thanks a lot.
