Activating Bean Customizers

There does not appear to be a way to trigger bean customizers for non-visual components, like TableColumn, TableColumnModel. I created a Customizer and BeanInfo for my own CustomTableColumn but there is no way to trigger it in Jigloo. Is there any way around this? Is there a way to use a Bean Editor to trigger the Customizer?
